Attorney Seul-Ki Oh of One Law Partners, LLC participated as a discussant in the seminar, “Analysis of Recent Data and AI Law Issues and Future Challenges,” held on October 7, 2026, at the headquarters of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
 

The seminar was jointly hosted by Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and Korea University Law School and was organized to discuss major issues and future challenges relating to data and artificial intelligence (AI) law.
 

Attorney Oh participated in the second session, “Analysis of Recent Domestic and International Developments in AI Legislation and Future Challenges,” where she joined experts from various fields in discussing legal issues arising from the expansion of AI technologies and practical response strategies.
 

The session broadly addressed recent developments in AI legislation both in Korea and abroad, as well as legal and policy issues arising from the widespread adoption of generative AI.

The seminar served as a forum bringing together experts from academia, the legal profession, industry, and public institutions to exchange views on data utilization and personal information protection, AI regulatory frameworks, and practical response strategies for businesses and public organizations.
