Attorney Seul-Ki Oh focuses her practice on a wide range of litigation and legal advisory services, specializing in intellectual property rights—including trademarks, designs, and copyrights—as well as corporate IP and labor disputes concerning trade secrets and non-compete agreements. In particular, she has extensive experience handling cases related to corporate IP disputes, such as protecting core technologies and business information, trade secret infringement and non-compete issues arising from executive and employee transfers, and brand and design protection. As a Certified Intellectual Property Law Specialist recognized by the Korean Bar Association, she provides services based on deep expertise in her field.

She has handled numerous civil, criminal, and preliminary injunction cases involving trademarks, designs, copyrights, and trade secrets. Notably, she successfully secured a full dismissal in a preliminary injunction case regarding non-compete obligations related to the transfer of a key developer. Furthermore, in a trademark infringement injunction case involving keyword advertising, she overturned a first-instance ruling that had entirely dismissed the claims, securing a favorable decision upon appeal at the Patent Court. She also represented the defendant in an ERP program copyright infringement injunction case, successfully leading to a full dismissal of the claims, demonstrating broad expertise in IP disputes within the software and online business sectors. Her experience further includes representing clients in various cases involving golf apparel design infringement, trademarks, design rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and non-compete restrictions. Additionally, she has advised public institutions and diverse corporate clients on various legal matters, including copyright and personal data protection.
