Song-Kyung Kim is an associate attorney at One Law Partners, LLC. She graduated from Yonsei University with degrees in Social Welfare and Political Science & International Studies, and earned her J.D. from Sogang University Law School. After passing the 11th Korean Bar Examination, she worked at the Criminal Legislation Division of the Ministry of Justice. She then practiced at LAWL LAW FIRM, handling civil, criminal, and family matters; at Lee & Partners, handling corporate matters and disputes over corporate control; and at MINWHO, handling intellectual property, technology-related, and personal information protection matters. She joined One Law Partners, LLC in 2026.

Ms. Kim has completed the Seoul Bar Association's training programs in corporate law, accounting, labor law, and intellectual property. She holds certifications as a Digital Forensics Expert (Level 2) and a Certified Privacy Protection General (CPPG). She currently serves on the Legislation Committee of the Korean Bar Association and on the Special Committee on AI Legal Practice of the Seoul Bar Association.
