Attorney Yong-Suk JANG is so far the only lawyer to serve as a Standing Commissioner of Korea Fair Trade Commission(KFTC). During his tenure at the KFTC, Attorney Jang handled over 800 cases including such monumental cases as "International Air Cargo Cartel Case," "CRT Cartel Case", "International Pharmaceutical Company’s Pay-For-Delay Case", "International Electronics Company’s Resale Price Maintenance Case." Attorney Jang also served as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Division of Ministry of Justice; Deputy Director of the Special Investigation Division of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office; Research Officer of the Constitutional Court; and Secretary of Domestic Intelligence, Presidential Office of the Republic of Korea.
