Ms. Lee's practice focuses on corporate matters, cross-border transactions, international commercial dispute resolution and litigation.

Ms. Lee has experiences of representation of many foreign companies to expand their market or business into the territory of Korea. Recently Me. Lee has successfully represented in its M&A transaction with respect to one of the leading construction companies in Korea.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lee worked as a news reporter and a business strategy manager at leading Korean corporations in the telecommunications and the internet space.
Ms. Lee also has an LL.M degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Maurer School of Law.
