Profile
Yong-Ho Hong is the head of the Firm’s International Legal Team and Arbitration Team. In such capacity, Mr. Hong counsels clients on general corporate advisory, M&A, crossborder investments (both inbound and outbound FDI), international arbitration and litigation, among other things.
Mr. Hong is an arbitrator with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Mr. Hong is a member of both the Korean bar and the New York bar.
