Mr. Lee has substantial experience representing the companies in the leading chaebols in Korea, including Samsung, Hyundai Kia Motors and Ssanggyong. Mr. Lee possesses significant practical experience and knowledge in relation to joint ventures, foreign direct investments, overseas investment, technology licensing, among other things, and Mr. Lee draws on them for counseling companies.
