Profile
Tae-Hwi Lee served as an Army judge advocate for 26 years, gaining extensive expertise and practical experience in a wide range of legal fields related to national defense and defense industry. His areas of practice include domestic and international litigation and arbitration, legislation and interpretation of statutes and regulations, military criminal and disciplinary cases, human rights within the armed forces, national compensation, public property, and international law.

While serving at the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA), and the Republic of Korea Army Headquarters, he worked on various defense-related civil and administrative cases including domestic and international litigation and arbitration. As a presiding judge at the Appellate Military Court, he adjudicated various criminal cases, including defense industry corruption, thereby acquiring broad experience in criminal procedure. Recently, he also successfully handled an inheritance/gift tax case.

Mr. Lee earned his LL.M. degree in International Business Law from American University Washington College of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar. After retiring as a Colonel from the Army, Mr. Lee now works as a partner of One Law Partners, LLC., where he provides high-quality legal services with dedication and professionalism, grounded in his many years of experience in military-related legal affairs.
