Dr. Myungchul Cheon graduated from the Department of Taxation and the Graduate School of Taxation at the University of Seoul. He served for over 30 years in the field of taxation for the Seoul Metropolitan Government and has been working as a Expert Advisor at One Law Partners since 2025.
