After passing the 2nd Korean Bar Examination, Attorney Seo-Young Kang worked at OLP, LLC for approximately five years, handling litigation and advisory matters across a wide range of legal fields including civil, criminal,administrative, family, and M&A. She later served as a visiting scholar at the University of California, Irvine School of Law and as a Senior Research Officer at the Constitutional Research Institute of the Constitutional Court of Korea,where she developed expertise in constitutional and administrative law. During her tenure at the Constitutional Court,she authored and published numerous research reports and completed doctoral coursework in labor law. In 2024, she returned to OLP, LLC, where she continues to actively practice law, leveraging her accumulated experience and expertise.
