Sun-Seong Seo’s main practice area comprises advising clients in connection with real property and constructionrelated disputes, tax, general corporate and M&A.
Mr. Seo’s extensive experience includes representing Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation in connection with disposal of assets and NPLs held by insolvent savings banks and counseling a number of leading Korean construction companies on litigation matters. Mr. Seo has successfully represented clients in urban redevelopment projects and M&A transactions.
​Mr. Seo has served as advisor to the National Tax Service and the Board of Audit and Inspection, and regularly provides lectures to the tax officials on various topics.
