Joo Woong Lee served as a public prosecutor for over 17 years, including as a prosecutor at the Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office. Mr. Lee focuses his practice on criminal defense work (including general criminal actions and corporate criminal cases), intellectual property rights (with focus on trade secrets) and general corporate (with emphasis on unfair trade practices and antitrust).
Drawing on his wealth of experience, Mr. Lee is regarded highly for his ability to counsel clients with respect to all phases of a criminal case, particularly with respect to defense strategy and preparation for trial.
In addition to his distinguished career at the Prosecutors’ Office, Mr. Lee was a professor at the Judicial Research & Training Institute.
