Kwang-Hee Cho is a leading practitioner in the field of Korean entertainment law. Mr. Cho has represented many clients in both advisory and litigation contexts, in relation to movie production, movie investment and related activities, among others. Mr. Cho also has successfully represented clients in complex criminal cases.
​Mr. Cho is highly regarded in the movie industry for his past contributions. The overwhelming majority of the standard form contracts used in the Korean movie industry were drafted by Mr. Cho, and Mr. Cho was involved in many of the landmark cases in the domestic movie industry. Mr. Cho is also active in promoting the globalization of the Korean movie industry.
Mr. Cho was also the former representative director of Bom Film Production Co., Ltd., the Vicechairman of the Korean Film Producers Association, and the Executive Member of the Busan International Film Festival.
