Min-Kyong Won counsels clients on general corporate and family law matters as well as representing clients in civil litigation.
Ms. Won is active in promoting and defending women’s rights by way of participation in NGOs and legislative activities, including service as advisor to the Korea Sexual Violence Relief Center and director to the Korean Association of Women’s Studies.
Based on her deep understanding of the issues in the field of women and family law, Ms. Won approaches all of her client representations with the mindset, will, and passion to work together with her clients to resolve the issues from the perspective of the clients.
