Lawyer Eun-Young Jung provides legal and consulting services, centering on disputes over real estate and construction works, trust, public contracts and fair trading issues, rehabilitation and bankruptcy, and legal support for the business with North Korea.

Lawyer Jung has represented clients in the litigation concerning the indirect cost incurred in the Extention Works of Seoul Subway Line 7; the litigation concerning the payment for the construction works related to Seoul Subway Line 9; and the ligiation concerning the claim for the payment of the performance bond deposited in relation to Bucheon Visual Culture Complex Development Project. In adddition, she has provided consulting services with respect to the dispute over the prime contract for GMP Factory Construction Project located in Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do and the sale of PF claims related to a construction project of Sangok-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, etc. Besides, Lawyer Jung has extensive experiences of handling maintenance bond litiagation and providing consulting on housing sale guarantees on behalf of Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation and also dealing with trust-related disputes and providing consulting on behalf of Korea Asset in Trust Co., Ltd., Kukje Asset Trust Ltd., etc.

Recently, Lawyer Jung has acted as the head of Legal Support Center for North Korea Projects (a subsidiary entity of One Law Partners, LLC.) and as a member of the Special Subcommittee on the Studies of Laws and Regulations of South and North Koreas under Unification Legal Affairs Division, the Ministry of Justice. In addition, she has also participated in a number of research projects, including a research project titled ”A Study on the Current Status of Legal Systems of South and North Koreas for the Creation of East Sea Joint Special Tourist Zone.”
