Yong-Rahk Shin served as a judge for approximately a decade. He has an active practice representing clients in civil, criminal and administrative law cases as well as domestic arbitration proceedings. Mr. Shin is an arbitrator on the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board. Mr. Shin has successfully represented clients in a number of highprofile criminal cases.
​Mr. Shin has special expertise advising clients in golf course development and management, through a number of advisory and litigation cases. Mr. Shin completed executive management program in golf leisure industry management (2000), attended San Diego Golf Academy in the United States (2002), served as the representative director of New Springville CC in Korea (2004) and lectured on golf course membership contracts at the Judicial Research & Training Institute for seven years.
