Do-Hyeong Kim is a lawyer at OLP, LLC, leading the labor team. He has experience in providing various consultations and litigation services for both employers and employees in personnel and labor-related cases.Based on his extensive experience in handling the interests and issues of both employers and employees Attorney Dohyung Kim provides practical and balanced advice. As an expert on regular wages and non-regular employment (fixed-term and dispatched workers) issues, he has handled numerous litigation and advisory cases. He has a track record of winning cases on behalf of the Ministry of Employment and Labor in the unconstitutionality petition cases regarding Article 4 of the Fixed-Term Employment Act and Article 6, Paragraph 5 of the Minimum Wage Act. He has also served as the litigation representative for the Chairman of the Central Labor Commission in multiple administrative lawsuits seeking the cancellation of the Central Labor Commission's re-adjudication decisions. Attorney Dohyung Kim is a member of the Seoul National University Labor Law Research Society, the Supreme Court Labor Law Practice Research Society, and the Hamill Labor Law Research Institute, and is actively engaged in various academic and writing activities.
