Kum Sil Kang served for 13 years in the Korean judiciary, including as a judge of the Seoul High Court, and later served as the 55th Minister of Justice of the Republic of Korea. She was Managing Partner of One Law Partners, LLC from 2018 to 2024.

She currently serves as Ambassador for Global Climate and Environment of the Republic of Korea and as an Advisor to One Law Partners, LLC.
