The patent team at One Law Partners successfully represented a mid-size furniture company ‘D’ that specializes in manufacturing and selling chairs against a large furniture company ‘S’ in a case that involved confirmation of the scope of patent rights. ​

After a vigorous dispute over the interpretation of the specification of the invention that is subject to confirmation and the scope of rights, the patent team at One Law Partners was able to receive confirmation that the patent rights of company ‘D’ with respect to the gas cylinders of swivel chairs with adjustable heights were violated. ​
